How this portal uses your information
This portal is provided by SoNick Marketing so you can see your results, your reports, the work done for you and your proposals whenever you like.
What we keep about you. Your name and email address, so you can sign in, and your password, which is stored scrambled so no one can read it.
What we record when you use it. Each time you sign in, each time someone tries to sign in with your email address and fails, and each page you open here (your dashboard, a report, a PDF you download, the work list and a proposal), with the date and time, the internet address you came from and the kind of browser you used. SoNick Marketing can see this, to know the portal is useful to you and to spot anyone trying to get into your account.
How long we keep it. What you do here is kept for 12 months, then deleted. Your login is kept for as long as you have one. If your business stops working with us and asks us to, we erase everything, this included.
Codes by email. Each time you sign in we email you a short code, to keep your account safe. We do not use your address for anything else from this portal.
Your rights. You can ask to see what we hold about you, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted. Email us at [email protected].
